GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Adobe Photoshop customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Student who needs help: This is one of the MOST horrendous ways to call yourself customer service. They outsource customer care to another country. Then when you get help they make you repeat yourself *-* times just to get your email right. They claim to be technical support but they aren't. Then when they tell you to call back "tomorrow" because their tech support staff is not there. I ask for their hours of operation and they say *am-*pm pst. It was only *:pm pst so how can they not be there? If you need help on your program for school then they need to help you. Not give you sham times to call. What if you work? Not that easy to get off call "hoping" they will be their. Adobe seriously needs to do something about this.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Adobe Photoshop. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Adobe Photoshop problem?
~Student who needs help: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Student who needs help: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Adobe Photoshop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Student who needs help: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Adobe Photoshop customers?
~Student who needs help: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Adobe Photoshop to know who you are.
