~unknown: Following the prompts indicated I got through immediately rather than the *** miniutes "Hold" time indicated online. Bravo!**I raised two issues:***. Hold time to speak with someone is not acceptable.***. When I receieve a prompt about an update, how can I be sure it's "legitimate" and not a "phishing trip." **I was put on hold for about *-* minutes after which the rep said to ignore the prompt and to download directly from Adobe - as I understand it - which I really don't but will ask my computer maven - nor does it address the question oghiow to know when such a prompt is legitimate - but, thanks to you, at least I got through.**Thank you thank you.
