~Es: Have been dealing with Adobe subscriptions issues for ** months. Adobe confirmed in writing, phone and E-mail to apply promotion and refund for overcharges, thus far with * outcome and $* refund. Absolutely inexplicable for a corporation like Adobe, that customers with monthly subscriptions*monthly payments for years after years, have to deal with the most uneducated, irresponsible people ever. They should have thought twice about where they are routing their calls, chats and E-mails to. Or spend more money on training. Not acceptable ADOBE!
