~REB: Had hard drive failure. Now I have been trying to activate a Photoshop CS* for ** days. Service people don't seem to know how to do it. I have been disconnected by them * times. Others said they would send fix by email in ** hrs. Never happened.

~REB: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~REB: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Adobe Systems's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~REB: For that I would say one out of five.
