~bthornton: My car battery died this morning. The worst possible time, as Boston is in the middle of shoveling out from Thursday night's snow storm. Luckily Advance Auto Parts is across the street from my house. Scott the store manager and one his store associates Samaj (sp?)sorry if I misspelled it were great. They tested my battery and promptly brought a new battery right to my car in the driveway. Poor Scott probably has frostbite as my battery was hard to reach under the hood and had over * years of corrosion on the battery* this made it ** times more difficult to remove. Scott was professional,courteous and patient. Thank you so much for providing top-notch service.
