~Southport wiper guy: Needed new wipers, which turned out to be rather elusive. Two other vendors didn't have. I was waited on immediately upon entering and within * minutes the clerk had found several brands in stock which met my need. Unfortunately, no fault of Advanced, one blade was defective. I returned it and Don greeted me immediately upon my entering the store, found the problem, replaced the blade and all was accomplished in under ** minutes. Great experience
