~AustinReviewGuy: Worst experience I have ever had at an auto parts store. The "lamp out" light in my truck came on, so I pulled into the Advance Auto Parts store on *** near Anderson Mill in Austin. I walked in, stood in line, and then a counter person named "Bee" asked if she could help me. I started off by saying that I had a "lamp out" in my vehicle, but I wasn't sure which one. She responded by saying "what??" in a very condescending voice. I then explained that my "lamp out LIGHT" came on in my car and I would like to buy the light for it. She then responded, "I don't know what you are talking about (again in a very condescending voice) and asked if it was a light inside my vehicle, a brake light, etc." At this point, I had to ask her to please not speak to me in a condescending voice and that I all I wanted was to figure out which light needed to be replaced and buy it. Since then apologized (I later found out that it was her boss who was standing next to her) and followed me out to my veh
