~anonymous: I had made a payment online through their website for mail order prescriptions. Their site asks if you want that to be made the primary payment method and I chose no. They apparently then fraudulently charged the card because they had a card number without my approval to use that card. They refuse to refund the money until I send them back the prescriptions and then I will have to reorder them. In the meantime I will have no medication for over a month due to them if I return this order. I called again and said that I would keep the prescriptions as I need them as long as they credit my account the overdraft charges. They put me on hold for a supervisor for over ** minutes and never came back. I hung up and no one ever called me back after I hung up. This company ***** for insurance. I hope my employer goes with a different insurance company next year.
