~elwood: This is my *th time ordering prescriptions from them where my Doctor Directly FAXES the prescriptions to the Missouri Fax* ***-***-**** ,even when I start requesting Prescriptions * Month in advance. They manage to lose them, Claim to Not receive them & then Delete them from their Computer system and swear your Dr. Never faxed them. Have never seen such a bunch of incompetent, lying blowhards. Even with a * year history the service hasn't improved. I think they do it on purpose to DENY you receiving the amount of prescriptions. Denial of Service . I now Write down a log book of every one I talk to the date & the time when I order. Service has NOT IMPROVED it has gone downhill. I used to be able to get * drugs on one order now I can only get * drug or * set of needles or * order of test strips per FAX request. Orders should be bundled together..not here there is a PROBLEM with efficiency at Aetna Rx Home Delivery.
