~anonym: I called before my departure because I couldn't check in, and never got anybody on the phone. The line was busy or if it connected no human answers. I stay on hold for ** minutes couple of times. I thought what in the world is wrong with this company, it takes your money but it doesn't want to be bother with their customers. They need to improved their customer service is very frustrating when you have question but can't get anyone on the phone. Another problem I had is I couldn't check in online. It kept telling me the ticket was not found, I tried the booking number and I got the same answer.
