~Lily feldman: I called a few times. the operator gave me the wrong infomation...I sent an E.mail...no reply!!!!!(It is about Niki company)the operators are impationed not polite.not trying to help..refuse to transfer to a supervisor..refuse to take reponsibilty or message to a supervisor...a lot of prople are un happy although the internet has a lot of complaints nothig is chingig...sorry
