GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman14532: My luggage didn't arrive with my plane, thanks to some nasty delays and a missed connection. Not a huge deal by itself, but it's been ** days and we still can't get anyone on the phone, they can't tell us where it is right now, and the responses to our multiple attempts to contact them have been unsatisfactory...one woman responded to our first email with"Your luggage has been located and is being shipped to you", and when we tried following up changed her answer to a request for a list of the contents. It has been frustrating, incongruous, and inconceivably pathetic.
