~time_travelerEurope: Not helpful at all, the person in the claims department had a very obnoxious attitude (maybe that is why he is on claims). They cancelled my original flight, I had to re-schedule for another day and change my bussines agenda and hotel reservations, when asked about some type of support or compensation they just blamed it on the partner airline and kept repeating the same thing over and over. Gave me a long distance number to call the partner and ask them for hotel arrangements etc. What a waste of time!
