~Priscilla: We were disabled from our airbnb account. They did not seem at all apologetic about not emailing us back. As they prefer email and not calls. They seems very understaffed and do not want you to have their phone number. Their phone number is not on their site and you have to jump through hoops online to find it. If they were truly "bigger than VRBO", as they claim, they would have a better response rate and we wouldn't need to wait close to a week to get a response from them. We wouldn't need to call if they would have responded to our emails.

~Priscilla: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Priscilla: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AirBnB's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Priscilla: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AirBnB customers?
~Priscilla: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AirBnB to know who you are.
