GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-stephen37: I have completed the request form several times to register a co-host for the Airbnb Open. I have never received any response — and both I and my cohost are concerned, as she does not want to arrive with me and then be turned away. Am I supposed to have her registered in advance or is this something that occurs on site on our arrival? The lack of response to this question, which I’ve submitted before, is disappointing and not in the usual Airbnb efficient service tradition...
