~mike65: When I ordered my merchandise I used the *-day shipping option. It took * days. I email them to get a credit for the shipping cost. They credited me the shipping charges within an hour. During that time I received emails with the status of what was going on until the process was complete. All the merchandise I ordered came in perfect condition and worked perfectly! Definitely will purchase from A*C again!
