GetHuman-365100: Actually my wait time was *** minutes! (Yes, * hours and ** minutes) but there wasn't enough space to put that in. I've flown Allegiant and booked for others many times, but if I cannot cancel a flight online (like their instructions say I can) they should not keep me waiting for * hours and ** minutes. Add to that the long distance fees to call them, and I'm not a happy camper! A good business is built on good customer service. The woman I spoke with was kind, but I'm sure she has to talk to lots of frustrated people. Just hire more staff, Allegiant!
