~christyj51: ** day free trial for Amazon Prime cost me ***.** -- not only did they take ** for the cost of a year but they took a * auth. fee w*out my permission and no email -- I got the email with the ** charge to my account but they don't tell you about the *$ charge -- I cancelled right away but they hold your money for up to ** days they have no right to take *$ out of my account w*out letting me know, the young man was helpful and took care of the charges, even the $*, BUT they need to let you know they are taking the extra out and they didn't - I will be following up with them about this

~christyj51: For that I would say four out of five.
