GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Amazon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Pat Ellis: When I enter an CD I'm interested in buying, why do you no longer include the track listings or the ability to preview all songs? I want to know what the music sounds like before I spend the money, plus the shipping costs. At least ** per cent of the albums I look at are this way, even though the album cover is there and the ability to buy from multiple sellers. Over the years I have bought a ton of music from you, but I no longer will if the preview option is not there. I don't understand why you have removed this option from so many CD's.**Thank you*Pat Ellis******@***.com
