~Weeping Willow: I talked to them twice, once by calling the *** number listed here (around a * min. wait), and then afterwards used the call-back feature. Very interesitng, it actually dials the number and navigates the menus and stays on hold for you until someone on the other side picks up, then rings your phone when they do pick up...it's pretty snazzy actually. You can even see the status of where it is in the call ("Navigating menu", "Waiting for agent", etc.) Get this - they called me to ask whether*when I was picking up a bag waiting for me...but I already had all my baggage from the previous day - how often does that happen? Sounds like they put the wrong bag tag on a bag and*or they did not update their system that I had already picked up the bag.
