~disgracefulservice: American airlines make it almost impossible for customers to contact customer services by phone. Even after getting through, on the advertis*ed number, they told me that I could only contact c*servs by email.Even trying to contact them by email is a nightmare. They took around ** days to respond to my first email and have still not replied to my second after more than two months. You have to fill in a form on-line and enter your message and submit it, but this does not appear in your sent items so there is no way you can even find out the email address. The response they send you (if they bother at all) is from a no reply email.*The worst customer services I have ever encountered.
