~Colonelusky: I talked with the agent first for a while, then spoke with the customer service supervisor "Ryan Stark" to get NO customer service at all. It was like talking to a brick wall with a broken recording. American Airlines does not care about its customers at all! He told me "American Airlines has made the decision to charge any extra fee they want and will make no exceptions". All I wanted was to have my coach seats assigned. I was not asking for special seats or upgraded seats. I purchased my seats many months in advance and I have tried every week or two to get seats assigned, now they tell me I must pay $**.** per seat just to have an assigned seat on the first leg of my flight and $**.** per seat on the *nd leg of my flight, thats $**.** EXTRA PER PERSON!!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! SHAME ON AMERICAN AIRLINES!!! I will never fly them again!!!

~Colonelusky: For that I would say one out of five.
