I tried to complete the online form, but it wouldn't accept it without the correct baggage file number which I can't locate on our tickets. I tried to call and got a phone tree that didn't work well! I'm totally frustrated with your unfriendly system! You should be able to track my luggage with my flight * **** I took from San Jose to San Diego on March *st.
