~Jo: They will not even pick up the phone. Got "courtesy" hang up! too busy with delays. Lost my reservation which I could not book online! Got runaround by automated answering service.. routed back to start in an endless loop then system "politely" hung up on me.

~Jo: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Jo: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about American Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jo: For that I would say four out of five.
