~Sarahmina: Answered and person was pleasant but couldn't take complaint. I wanted to let SOMEONE know how flying AA ***** most times. Planes arrive & leave late. Baggage lost twice. Told baggage would be delivered same day - NOT & no call. Waiting still second day & I'm having to call. The employees are extra polite and can't solve their problems - corporate planning leadership at this airline *****. Learn from SOUTHWEST
