GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/09/17?
GetHuman122246: Basically, I had a colleague flying over from the UK to NZ, and she missed two flights. The third one she finally caught. However, I had to cancel the other first flight and the rebook of that. American Airlines then verified about * different times that it was going back to the card, and in the end sent it to a random card that neither my colleague or I know who it was. She borrowed a card the first time from a friend, but it turned out it wasn't that one on the card. Apparently American Airlines doesn't keep the name of the person on the card, as that would be the easiest. We know the end * digits but don't know who the person was to get back the money. Super frustrating, and confusing, but for a ***gbp flight we want to sort it.
