GetHuman-45237: Terrible customer service!!! Will NEVER fly this airline again. They don't care about their customers at all. Was * minute late for their check in, no one in line, at security, checking bags.. Would NOT let me check in even though everyone else I my flight was still sitting in the terminal, waiting.. I used the American Airlines app and was already 'checked in' through the app and no where on the all does it say you will be denied boarding for being even * minute late. These people are not human.
