~ChewChewCharlie: Blew me away. Before I could get into any details, the woman who answered said Amtrak was sorry for any inconveniences during a recent trip I mentioned. I ended by saying that I was killed by Amtrak and came back only to file a complaint. She laughed and said again that Amtrak was sorry and that she had to get on to the next call where she could say she was sorry. Meanwhile, I have no idea how to get the serious attention of Amtrak regarding lost bags and a missed guaranteed Amtrak connection not compensated for despite the website saying guaranteed Amtrak connections missed would be remedied.
