GetHuman-435627: The service at this number was good, but I was trying to reach Lost and Found at Union Station in D.C. Apparently you cannot talk to a human at that number! You first have to file a report and then hope that someone calls you back. Nowhere in the recorded message does it say anything about filing a report. I waited over a weekend when I could have filed it immediately if I had known.
