~Sue: I move away from Anaheim September **, **** and called to cancel my account the same day. From what I understood that when I cancel my account and ask them to stop electricity of my apartment, it means all of my record with them is cancel.*October *, **** I receive a bill of $*** from them, and go online to make a one time payment. October *, ****, they charge me a recurring fee of $*** again!*A few points that I can't understand:**. Aren't they suppose to check to see if I already make the payment before they charge me a recurring fee again?**. When I cancel my account, doesn't it means that I also cancel the recurring payment?*When I called in October **th, **** to speak with the representative, she said there is no way to reverse the charges and I have to wait two weeks to get a check if I wanted a refund.*October **, ****, I called again, they say another two weeks.*November **, ****, I still not receive my check, then I called again, this time they say the check will be mail out N
