~madmomma: I need to talk to a customer service rep. There is none. I was told my so called "free" credit report was already pulled this year, but I never received it. Also it's not free if you have to subscribe to a monthly service to get it. I did not authorize the payment for the service so I never received the report. As far as I am concerned this company is a rip off.
