~PITA2: Anthem Blue Cross has so very serious issues and frustrations for customers who are just trying to speak to customer service rep. I finally got through today and spoke to a woman who listened to my problem and then was able to solve the issue. It had t due with incorrect monthly policy billings.She was able to finally I hope correct the problem. We will see of course in time, but she admitted that there system has had Many problems. Thats an understatement, but if they can correct things and I have what I signed up for at least I will not hit the ceiling every month that they send me incorrect bills.I wish i could help everyone else its been the MOST frustrating experience I have EVER had dealing with health care. I was one of those people who loved their old plan, could afford the payments- now my payments have doubled and I really feel the whole Obmama Care health plan has been rolled out so poorly...One has no choice and that is even worse.
