~tim ginejko: i got Stephanie ID* ( AB*****) she was so the best!!!*i was still on hold on the other line for over * (four) HOURS. Yes i said * hours. i called the number on the back of my card and was on hold all that time. i also called all the other numbers on the back and nobody could help me, they said only customer service could help. they even tried but never got through. i took pics on my i phone to prove i was on hold for so long for the CEO Joe Swedish. I hope when i email him, he will do something about the issues with calling in. Thank you for this number and thank you to Stephanie for the great customer service. Tim Ginejko
