GetHuman-81860: I am ** years old. I have talked to * apple support persons. Because I am unable to remember the date I put for my birthday and unable to produce a sales receipt , After * hours of talking to your support persons, My Mini IPad is still not working. We had bought extended warranties from Apple they will not honor it. I am very disappointed in Apple and would not recommend anyone buy one and will not buy them for my grandchildren. I did not realize how important a birth date would be three years later. I want my iPad reset so that I can continue to use it. It may not matter to you, but I bought a product I thought I could get years of use. I hope for a response that will get my IPad back in working order.

GetHuman-81860: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-81860: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AppleCare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-81860: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-81860: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AppleCare to know who you are.
