~JRT Momma: I had to call AppleCare because my Apple ID was disabled because of an account issue. The * people I spoke with all spoke American English (no foreign accents). They were very helpful. The issue was resolved because they granted me an exception. Otherwise, I would have had to pay $**.** for their assistance.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AppleCare. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AppleCare problem?
~JRT Momma: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JRT Momma: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AppleCare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JRT Momma: For that I would say three out of five.

~JRT Momma: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AppleCare to know who you are.
