~BRANDOPASSION : The guy who answered is a perfect example of Apple's latest trend (Steve come back from the dead!) Geniuses? They hide the most trained people and you have to get past all the rooks to get real trained informed techs. The man who answered literally told me, "I can "fix" your iMac but I can't tell you how to set up your Wifi. I did it myself. Just plug in a cord. MORON - this is what you get after spending two thousand dollars. The Apple model is just cash in and leave them in the lurch once you got their cash. **** Mac

~BRANDOPASSION : I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~BRANDOPASSION : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AppleCare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BRANDOPASSION : For that I would say five out of five.

~BRANDOPASSION : Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AppleCare to know who you are.
