GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AppleCare customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~iOS Blogger: This number will only be helpful if you purchased AppleCare for the device you're calling about. They will not talk to you otherwise. The only exception is after an iOS update. They seem to talk to anyone in the days immediately following a big iOS update. **I have always had extremely good service from AppleCare reps. If you don't get a good answer from the person you first talk to to, don't be afraid to ask to talk to a senior care advisor. The people who answer the phones are usually only able to help with simple questions and problems. Their knowledge is usually somewhat limited and differs from person to person. **Senior care advisors however are much better trained and will help walk you through even very complicated issues. Many will give you a number to call them back at if you have further issues with the same problem. I've had advisors who stayed on the phone with me for hours and one I worked with over the course of several months on one problem. **The service I've received

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~iOS Blogger: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AppleCare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~iOS Blogger: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AppleCare customers?
