GetHuman-409290: Apria was just TERRIBLE,HORRIBLE NEVER will use or recommend them again. I work for a home health agency and had a pt that needed a pluerx drain. after ** days of requesting supplies we still had not got them, they lost our pts info and tsd they never had it however they had called the pt and the dr. then they std they didnt suplly the supplies needed after we got a confirmation letter faxed to me tha they had the supplies. then when i asked to talk to a manager or supervisor they put me on hold for "heres the kicker * hour and ** min" before ever putting on a supervisor who then was VERY VERY RUDE! I will never ever recommend this company for any thing at all!!
