~Anonymous: I have been trying to get new parts for over a month now. Every time I call they have a new charge that's overdue for me and it's all due to Apria not billing my insurance correctly.**Last month when I called them they told me I had a bill past due (that they never sent me or called about) and they were going to send me to collections. Once my insurance company called them the bill went away.**They then sent me two checks for "overpayment."**Now when I call them to get more parts they say I have a bill outstanding from * months ago!**This company has incredibly shady business practices - I'm constantly getting billed for charges that I'm not responsible for and they seem to be stalling in getting me new parts.
