~LeSus: This company has the worse PR ever. I received a bill after * months-I thought I had paid in full. Tried to call, never did get hold of anyone after TWO HOURS of hearing your call is important to us!! Joke. So I wrote the company-no feedback, in the meantime they turned me over to a collections!! Never has that happened to me. I finally got through to the company after a ** min wait and just went ahead and paid the bill. When I called in the past to get an answer I was always told the incorrect info-saying my ins co had alread paid and they hadn't. I still feel i have paid for services that my insurance company already paid, but do not want a bad credit rating.
