GetHuman-295308: look, please call, i have replacement free phone due to defect...now, i have followed dir. on phone to add $$...DOESNT WORK, MEANWHILE thanksgiving night, I have less than **mins. to make calls to my family for the holiday....second, didn't see "AN EASY HOW TO" GIVE YOUR COMPANY HERE....I mean really, I am pissed at this service, please add minutes, FREE ! to allow calls and safety. Then either use greater, simpler specificity in giving a absolute way to explain this but I need coverage till the * of December. This is thee only phone* here is the number (***)-***-****, and, if you can effect phone * transfer from my old Metro, I appreciate that too....that number was (***)-***-**** another number (***)***-**** thank you Kim a Kucera
