~Alvin Pall: I see complaints. I am surprised. My own experiance with assurion was exemplory. They gave me the time I needed, did not hassle me, were very understanding,helpful,and in general if all businesses were run as well, we would be a better country. alvin Pall

~Alvin Pall: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Alvin Pall: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asurion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Alvin Pall: For that I would say three out of five.
