~Crysmyra: To start I was transferred by my cell phone without telling my why (which was annoying) then I spoke with one lady and she said my insurance had been cancelled but upon looking at my acct said it should NOT have been cxled, she asked me to hold a moment while she corrected my account, the next think I know a man answers I go through everything with him, he ask me to hold, then another man picks up, of course I am terribly frustrated at this point and ask him why I have to go through this with * different people - so he HUNG UP ON ME. I called back told the rep that answered what happened and I am very frustrated and wanted a supervisor, the sup came resolved my issue with the insurance but then told me it would be * days before it would show active. After digging it came to light that * days since this is Thursday actually means * days since they don't work on weekends. So my insurance won't actually be reinstated until Tues. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! T-Mobie sti
