~Dana Johnson: Acct ********* The people I dealt with were very unfeeling and provided NO assistance.I am going to be disconnected because I was late on my current bill, which I did pay on ********* in the amount of $***.**. This amount included my utilities for July, $**.** installment agreement, late charges,fee from bill matrix. They told me because it late that the "system" put me in default and the "system" won't allow them to reinstate the agreement. From a business perspective, Austin Energy should be more flexible in working with me so that they can collect the entire amount that I owe. The supervisor's only suggestion was to call charities to ask for help. It would be wrong for me to take charity away from people who literally have nothing when I am perfectly able to keep this payment arrangement as I am employed by the state. Austin Energy is NOT treating their customers humanely or with dignity or respect. Dana Johnson
