GetHuman-277809: Like others, I'm only giving one star because it's required to write a review.**I've lived in Austin for three years, in a *,*** sqft apartment. With both Dynowatt and TXU Energy, my bill was about $*** per month - never more than $***. After recently moving to an apartment of the same size, closer to work, and being required to switch to Austin Energy, my first monthly bill was $***.**!**$***.** for one month of electricity in a *,*** sqft apartment!**Now, I don't know if this is Austin Energy's fault or my new apartment complex's fault yet, but I do know that Austin Energy doesn't give a ****. When I spoke to the representative yesterday morning, she didn't seem at all alarmed by the amount of my bill. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me "that's not how it works". She said a supervisor would call me back, and that has not happened.**Based on my conversation with her, I have no knowledge or comfort that they're concerned about my problem or that they're doing anything to
