~derrick sheppard: Hello I purchased a vehicle from auto nation september ****, the car was a **** honda accord v* coupe.. i love the car but i have nothing but problems with the car since ive bought the vehicle i have reached out several times and i was in contact with the district manager linda who stated that she would have the car picked up and i took a day off and waited and waited and waited nobody ever showed up and i did contact linda and nade her aware bit was never contacted again. i realize the car was used but to have a car for a year and have had so many issues with the car is ridiculous..the engine on my car went out and now im paying for a car i cannot drive.. auto nation is such a big company and i feel like something could have been done i have a shell of a car and cant drive it..i reached out several time about the car having so many issues and I for a company so big to just leave a consumer dealing with a issue that was a problem from the very beginning is not far.
