GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-sgilmore: I purchased a car here less than * months ago and I have had to take this car back twice already. This car was supposedly certified and it was not. The brakes were shot on this car and this car also has the wrong tires on it causing it make a loud humming sound when I'm driving it. I have been trying to get this fixed and to no avail. Also, my car was locked in the service department for the entire weekend with my house key on the key chain and no one could do anything about it. I could not even get into my house. I need to speak to someone about this ASAP!!! This is unacceptable service from Autonation!

GetHuman-sgilmore: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-sgilmore: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AutoNation's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-sgilmore: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AutoNation customers?
GetHuman-sgilmore: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AutoNation to know who you are.
