GetHuman-kellieci: complaint
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/03/17?
GetHuman-kellieci: Here is a copy of the blog I wrote about my experience.*If you are looking for the worst car dealer around...make sure you stop by one of their dealerships on Arapahoe. *A promise of lies and deception you will get. I was going to purchase a vehicle that they let me and my children drive around in that had some very serious issues that were known to them.**The check engine and brake warning indicator were on for weeks ...and they conveniently reset (turned off) and tried to pass it off. Claiming it had passed all the safety and other inspections. Catilac (Sp?) Converter was not working - so car wouldn't even pass inspection. GIANT nail in tire, Crack in windshield etc etc.**Fortunately I took it to mechanic and spent ***.oo of OWN moneyvprior to dropping **k who brought these major issues to my attention. I was quite upset and spoke to the managers at Nissan and Dodge, neither of which took any responsibility ...only blaming the other dealer.**Just thought I would share the terrible experience of lies that I encountered and suggest you think twice before doing business with a company that has such poor morals and ethics when buying a car.**On a positive note...*Shout out to HM Brown, Adam Hatter and an honest Mechanic Gene at A and H auto that represent your interests and tell the truth.
