~University Employee: "None of those really matches why I wanted to call Autodesk that day." was why I was trying to call.

~University Employee: I called the number below and waited on hold for ** minutes, after which an automated message suggested I try one of their many websites. I hit * again and a customer service rep answered about * minutes later. After ** minutes discussion, the rep said that he couldn't handle my request and that he would transfer my case number to another group. Apparently, East Board Operations will contact me at some point. My next call is going to the Better Business Bureau.

~University Employee: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~University Employee: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Autodesk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~University Employee: For that I would say two out of five.
