~Isabel: I ordered * coats from BCBG.com because I am between M and L size. I received order in * days. When I chose the correct size I called the company to make a return. It happened that the sale was FINAL.I tried to contact customer service and explain that when I placed the order and checked out there was not any sign SALE IS FINAL and I couldn't return the item. Customer service didn't help me. Bad experience. I would never shop there again.
